Matt ‘s first job was washing dishes at his local hotel (where his passion for helping people started!)
In his early years Matt used to spend his Saturdays at the local stables horse riding rather than go to football school like everyone else
He’s played rugby his whole life playing in various countries such as Hong Kong, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, America, and Europe
He had his first business at school aged 14 selling army equipment to the combined cadet force, unfortunately the school shut the business down
Before University Matt travelled around the world, spending four months crewing a yacht around the Whitsunday Islands in Australia
Matt loves being on the water and by the sea, and has two boats he keeps (they don’t get used enough)
He met his wife Natalie whilst he was on a stag do in Belfast (where she’s from), and they now have three boys aged 16, 12 and eight
His professional services career has seen him work across the UK in businesses of all sizes and sectors, from manufacturing plants in the valleys in Wales, to Lehman Brothers in London
Matt has completed three marathons, London, Brighton and the marathon du Medoc as well as 2 half iron man events
He is passionate about personal growth, and has plans to learn Spanish. As well as doing a Masters degree in performance psychology (Amongst other ambitions!)
