Purpose and Focus
The purpose of The Partner Whisperer team is to provide one-on-one, confidential, independent, and specialist mentoring to Partners and Practice Leaders in Professional Services firms to sustainably enhance their success.
This is forthright mentoring, which will challenge established objectives, and use real world experiences (both good and bad) – to help to deliver critical business improvements and changes. This is not a broad coaching or a life coaching offering. It is specialist mentoring based on real professional services experiences.
We will mentor and help Partners and Practice Leaders with whom we have not previously worked. Major client scenarios that we will help this cohort with in a “clean-skin” relationship are three-fold:
Navigating major changes and optimising the opportunities now facing your practice
Taking your practice to the next level or in a new direction
Supporting partner candidates, promoted partners and lateral hire partners in accelerating their sustainable success
We have lived and learnt extensively through all of these scenarios.

Supporting Community
A share of proceeds from this offering will be distributed across chosen community causes at the end of each Financial Year. Clients are asked to vote on the actual split of the proceeds distribution.
