Doug’s career spans transformative roles at IBM, where he served as Managing Partner for Australia, New Zealand, ASEAN and Korea, leading over 7,000 professionals and delivering ~$1B in annual revenue. His hallmark was turning struggling business units into growth engines—driving revenue, profit, and market share gains while lifting employee engagement to world-class levels. Beyond financial performance, Doug consistently created environments where teams thrived, raising NPS scores from zero to 74 and building enduring client trust.
Prior to IBM, Doug held executive positions in Asia, Europe, and North America with companies including V3 Systems, EGL Global Logistics, Brambles, and LEP International, where he built international operations, drove supply chain innovations, and developed global alliances with Fortune 500 clients. Today, he continues to serve as a Non-Executive Director on the Council of Federation University and as an advisor to technology startups, private equity firms, and growth-stage businesses.
