What services does ThePartnerWhisperer offer?
ThePartnerWhisperer offers two service packages: the Premium Service Package and the Partner Service Package. The Premium package includes unlimited specialist one-on-one mentoring hours for the agreed term, with a guaranteed response inside 24 business hours. The Partner package includes 1 hour of specialist one-on-one mentoring per month.
What are the duration of the service packages?
The service packages range from a minimum of 3 months to 12 months in duration.
What are the fees for the service packages?
Please refer to the How To Engage section for current pricing.
What happens during the quarterly progress review?
During the quarterly progress review, we will jointly review our progress in your mentoring journey and realign if needed.
Are there any additional services available?
Yes, if you require any separate specialist services beyond the chosen package(s), they will be pre-agreed between us and charged at the rate of $AUD 550 inc GST per hour.
What is the payment process to secure the engagement?
To secure your engagement, you need to make an upfront payment of 50% of your chosen package(s) fee via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Details for the payment will be provided to you.
When will I be invoiced for the remaining 50% of fees?
You will be invoiced for the outstanding 50% of fees one month prior to the end of the agreed term. The payment terms are 14 days.
How do I book mentoring sessions?
Once you have made the initial payment, you will be provided access to the ThePartnerWhisperer schedule to book sessions, directly on the website, at a time that is convenient for you, including evenings.
